Field a team of 5 or more riders for the Sun, Wind, & Gears Team Challenge!

What you get to do

• bring together your employees, family, and friends for an exciting day of exploration and exercise, while rallying around a good cause
• discover what makes technologies like solar power “tick” in the Silicon Forest around Hillsboro, OR
• meet the energy pioneers that are helping make the greater Portland area the Sustainability Capital of the United States
• support local and global communities by supporting the international renewable energy work of Green Empowerment
• make your mark, as your team leads the way amongst hundreds of cyclists, curious about what your company does

What you win
The envy of all of the Hillsboro – Portland metro area, recognition on the Green
Empowerment website and newsletter, recognition on the Sun, Wind, & Gears
website. Some cool prizes will be given to those teams winning in the following
categories:

• Most riders in a team – a Chinook book for each rider
• Best team jersey – a plush NAU angora and cashmere scarf for each rider
• Most funds raised for Green Empowerment – a Patagonia jacket for the captain + Breakfast from the Bridges at your office on a day of your choosing
• Largest span of age of riders in a single team – Patagonia Tshirt and Cap + framable poster-size photograph from GE

What it takes

Gather 5 or more employees, family, or friends to create your company’s team.

Cost – Registration is $35 per person

Team Discount – With 5 riders or more, each rider gets $3 off registration.
With 10 riders or more, each rider gets $5 off registration.
Sponsorship Discount – inquire about sponsorship opportunities.
